Exclusive Giveaway for Ticket Holders of HOLI Hungama – Official Rules

1. Eligibility:  

   This Contest is open exclusively to individuals who have purchased a ticket to attend Holi Hungama (“Event”). By entering, you confirm that you are a valid ticket holder for the Event. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

2. How to Enter:  

   To participate in the Contest, eligible participants must:  

   - Like the designated giveaway post (shared and pinned on the FoodLovers Instagram page on March 14, 2023).  

   - Follow both @subwayjumbovantaa and @foodlovers.fi on Instagram.  

   - Share your favorite Subway item in the comments of the designated giveaway post. 

   All three steps must be completed for a valid entry.

3. Contest Period:  

   The Contest will begin on March 14, 2023, and will end on **March 15, 2023, at 20:00.

4. Prize:  

   One winner will be selected at random to receive a €100 Food Voucher for Subway Jumbo Vantaa. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:  

   The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 3 days after the Contest ends. If the selected winner fails to respond within 1 week, an alternate winner may be chosen.

6. Entry Requirement:  

   Entry is exclusively available to ticket holders of Holi Hungama. Purchase of an event ticket is required to participate in this Contest.

7. Additional Terms:  

   By entering the Contest, you agree to comply with these Official Rules and any additional terms and conditions provided by the Contest organizers. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is found to be non-compliant or fraudulent.

8. Disclaimer:  

   This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram from any liability related to this Contest.

9. Governing Law:  

   This Contest is governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising in connection with this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Helsinki, Finland.
